Returns or Exchanges
Our policy lasts 10 calendar days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for products subjected to normal wear and tear, negligence, or attempted tampering. Whether the client wants to apply to the exchange or return process, it is necessary for the client to cover the total cost of sending the part back to our facilities, as well as to its final destination. The exchange or full refund will be made until we have received the original product.
We reserve the right to reject merchandise that does not comply with the previously mentioned conditions.
In case of not having the product in stock, the customer will be notified and delivery time will be coordinated. In case of not accepting them, a full refund of the money will be made within the following 14 business days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 20 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and haven't received your refund yet, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from source. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at email@example.com, to coordinate it. We are not responsible for products subjected to normal wear and tear, negligence, or attempted tampering.
Non-returnable (if applicable)
Non-returnable items include products purchased incorrectly, products damaged by customer mismanagement, personalized products, and products on sale or purchased with a discount coupon.
